AlgoCoder
Twelve Years · Two Entities · One Discipline

Most technology vendors ship demos. We ship to production.

AlgoCoder was built on a single frustration: too many engineering vendors stop at proof of concept and call it a product. We built differently. More than a decade of delivery across enterprise infrastructure — blockchain, cloud, data, and AI.

Where We Started
Where We Are

AlgoCoder's base was established in 2014. More than a decade of continuous delivery, across procurement infrastructure, fintech platforms, blockchain ecosystems, cloud-native infrastructure, regulated AI systems, and enterprise data architecture.

The company began with custom software engineering for clients across procurement and fintech. As blockchain matured into production-grade enterprise infrastructure, AlgoCoder scaled into it — first through the ICICB-managed Atari blockchain ecosystem (the Atari Token, the multi-chain Atari Wallet supporting six cryptocurrencies, the Atari Portal at atarichain.com, the Atari Casino Metaverse, the Atari smart contract suite, and the Atari Token exchanges) and then through a multi-year engagement with Crypto Blockchain Industries (CBI), publicly listed on Euronext Growth Paris — MetaCoaster, the in-product NFT marketplace surfaced through OpenSea with hundreds of thousands of assets minted on Polygon, the Alphaverse hub, and five further metaverse environments (Horyou, Qtopia, Night League, Rave Age, Artech).

ICICB direct followed: the ICICB Wallet, the ICICB Portal, and the ICICB Private Chain — a private EVM environment with eight to sixteen nodes and a public-facing block explorer. Then Clust, the GPU cloud platform with end-to-end data infrastructure, LLMs embedded directly inside production data pipelines, a Cloudflare-native edge architecture, and a blockchain payment gateway. Then Microvest, the AI Bitcoin investment platform with a regulated custodian system, real-time market and sentiment analysis, and full BTC transaction infrastructure. NUCoin — full tokenomics, smart contracts, wallet, in-product NFT marketplace. BitNautic — supply-chain digital transformation.

These are the engagements we cite by name. They are representative of the depth, not the breadth, of more than a decade of delivery — drawn from twelve years of verified and confidential engagements.

Digital Infrastructure

Where the security-first architectural discipline started.

Designed and deployed the foundational digital infrastructure through a procurement firm serving units of the Pakistan Armed Forces. Engineered secure, scalable web systems and digital identity protocols to handle sensitive, high-stakes supply chain data. Established the rigorous, security-first architectural principles that we now apply to our enterprise blockchain and Web3 products. The infrastructure remains fully operational. The system runs today.

Four Lanes · Equal Weight · One Discipline

Four engineering lanes. The same delivery discipline across all of them.

Blockchain & Metaverse

Multi-chain crypto wallets, smart contracts, NFT marketplaces, private chains, 3D environments with live blockchain integration, and AI-integrated game systems.

DevOps / Platform / Kubernetes

Production cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP. Cloudflare-native edge architecture. GitOps, CI/CD, multi-cluster Kubernetes, SRE retainers, FinOps audits, security architecture.

Data Engineering & Architecture

ETL pipelines, data lakes and lakehouses, real-time streaming with Kafka and Airflow, Snowflake and Databricks platforms, data governance, LLM-embedded production pipelines — engineered for production volume from day one.

AI / LLM Engineering

RAG pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, AI agents, vector database integrations, MLOps, production model serving. Privacy-first AI architecture for clients with strong data-sovereignty requirements.

Our Operating Principles

We engineer for production from day one.

Principle 01

We engineer for production from commit one.

Most vendors design for the demo, then re-architect for production. We design for production from commit one. The system that ships looks like the system that was scoped — not a rewrite that the next team will inherit.

Principle 02

We tell the truth about what we know and what we don't.

If a problem is at the edge of our experience, we say so. If a chain, framework, or stack is outside our depth, we say so before signing — not after. The engagement is built on honesty about scope, not optimism about capability.

Principle 03

We don't sell what we can't deliver.

Every credential on our public surfaces traces to a real, verifiable production engagement. We do not pad our portfolio. We do not invent metrics. We do not buy partner badges before earning them. The named clients on this site are a sample of a wider portfolio held under non-disclosure — we communicate the depth, not exaggerated breadth.

Operating Structure

Two contracting entities. One engineering culture across both.

AlgoCoder Pvt Ltd

Pakistan offshore engineering delivery. Primary delivery vehicle. Auditable banking history reflecting multi-year enterprise invoicing.

AlgoCoder LLC

United States contracting infrastructure for US-jurisdiction work. Available for clients who require a US-domiciled contracting counterparty.

One engineering culture across both entities. Single delivery accountability. No layered staffing-firm markups.

What We Deliberately Do Not Do

Twelve years of delivery is not the credential. The credential is what's still running today.

The boutique engineering market is crowded. Most firms position around services lists, partner badges, and inflated case-study metrics. Most anonymize their best work or hide behind logo grids without stories. We position differently — around what's actually shipped, Anchored on enterprise-grade production work — publicly listed clients, verifiable on-chain records, and systems still operating today.

We do not publish dollar figures, savings percentages, or uptime SLAs. We do not name a client who has asked to remain anonymous. We do not claim certifications we have not earned. We do not invent team biographies. We do not fill the page with stock photography. We do not match competitor metrics that were never verifiable to begin with.

What we do publish is what we shipped, who we shipped it for, and what remains operational today.
